Comprehensive Manufacturing Solutions
Three capabilities delivered under one roof from our 25 000 m² facility in Yambol, Bulgaria: sheet metal fabrication including welding and coating, machining, and final assembly.

Sheet Metal Fabrication
Precision sheet metal fabrication services strictly following your drawings and requirements, with a high emphasis on quality and manufacturing efficiency. Machine enclosures, cabinets, panels, frames, structures, furniture and many more, we are capable of delivering essential parts or finished products to meet your needs.
Cutting, forming, welding and powder coating all sit inside this capability, so a part is cut, bent, welded, coated and inspected without leaving our site. Our high-end equipment enables us to be efficient for medium and large series of parts.

Questions we get asked first
If yours is not here, ask — a specific answer is usually a one-line reply.
What batch sizes do you run?
Sheet metal fabrication runs from 50 to 1000+ pieces per batch and machining from 20 to 500. We are set up for medium and large series rather than prototypes, and a new part is normally scaled in gradually: samples first, then serial production once you have approved them.
What is the largest part you can make?
Fabricated parts up to 3000 mm. Machined parts up to D-750 × H-1000 mm. Powder coating takes parts up to 4100 × 1600 × 2500 mm and 800 kg. Assemblies run to around 200 components, including the parts we source on your behalf.
Which materials do you work in?
Steel, stainless steel and aluminium through cutting, forming, welding and coating. Machining is mainly stainless steel and aluminium.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (certificate 44 100 080452) and ISO 14001:2015 (certificate 44 104 08 0452), both issued by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH under DAkkS accreditation. The certified scope covers manufacture of sheet metal parts, welded subassemblies for OEMs and precise machined parts, plus design, manufacture and service of vacuum equipment. Both PDFs are downloadable from our company page. For sensitive work we also have an ISO 6 clean room and helium leak testing down to 10⁻¹⁰ mbar·l/s.
Do you do everything in-house, or subcontract?
In-house. Twenty-one processes sit on one 25 000 m² site in Yambol — cutting, forming, welding, machining, surface treatment, assembly, measurement and testing. That is the reason to use us: one supplier instead of five, and one person to call when a drawing changes.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We produce in Yambol, Bulgaria and deliver across the EU, typically in 5 to 7 days. Shipments between EU member states need no customs clearance.
How does a new part get started?
Four steps. We assess what you are trying to source and where the current supply hurts; we quote a specific part or group of parts; we produce samples and wait for your quality approval; then we scale into serial production.
