How the work runs
We produce products of various sizes, from small parts and boxes to large frames and welded structures. Our high-end equipment enables us to be efficient for medium and large series of parts.

Welding
From robotic welding for efficiency and consistency, to laser welding for intricate work, and manual welding for customised solutions, we provide a wide range of welding techniques to meet your specific needs.
We specialise in steel and stainless steel, and control distortion on large frames so that machined and mating features stay within tolerance.
Welded tanks and vessels are leak tested in house, with helium or water pressure, before they leave the plant.

Coating & Finishing
In-house powder coating, grinding and blasting give every part a durable, corrosion-resistant surface. Two-layer coating processes are available where a premium finish is part of your product branding.
Because coating is under our own roof, surface quality is controlled on the same site as cutting, forming and welding, and there is no extra logistics step in your lead time.

How large a part can you fabricate?
Up to 3000 mm. Cutting is on a Bystronic ByStar Fiber 12 kW laser and a Mazak Optiplex, with punching on an Amada EMZ 3612 and waterjet on a CMS Idroline S for what the laser cannot take.
Do you weld and coat in the same flow?
Yes, and that is the point of the capability. A part is cut, deburred, formed, welded, blasted and powder coated without leaving the site. Welding is TIG, MAG and laser, manual or in robotic cells; coating is one or two layers, on parts up to 4100 × 1600 × 2500 mm and 800 kg.
What batch sizes suit this line?
50 to 1000+ pieces. The equipment is chosen for medium and large series — nesting for material yield, robotic welding for repeatability — so cost per part falls as the series grows.
Can you leak-test welded tanks and enclosures?
Yes. Welded tanks and vessels are tested by helium and by water pressure. We already run 150 to 1000 L fuel tanks this way, each one leak-tested before it ships.
Can you control distortion on large welded frames?
That is most of the skill on big structures. We specialise in steel and stainless and control distortion so that machined and mating features stay within tolerance after welding — which matters when the frame goes on to be machined, or has to mate with a subassembly built somewhere else.
