Machining questions
The things buyers ask before the first RFQ.
What size parts can you machine?
Up to D-750 × H-1000 mm, on 5-axis and 3-axis milling centres and turning machines.
What tolerance do you hold?
Up to ±0.01 mm. First articles are measured before the series runs, and finished parts are inspected on CMM against the drawing.
Which materials do you machine?
Mainly stainless steel and aluminium, including welded assemblies — we machine features on structures we have fabricated and welded ourselves, which removes a supplier and a shipping leg from the middle of your process.
What batch sizes suit this line?
20 to 500 pieces. Programming and first-article approval are done once, then the series runs against an approved sample.
Can you machine a part you did not fabricate?
Yes. Machining is offered on its own as well as inside a fabricated assembly.
