How the work runs

We source and manage the bought-in parts, so you receive a semi-finished or finished product rather than a box of components to assemble yourself.

  1. 01

    Sourcing

We procure the bought-in components to your specification.

  2. 02

    Kitting

Parts are kitted per assembly with documentation.

  3. 03

    Assembly

Mechanical assembly to your drawings and torque specs.

  4. 04

    Test and pack

Function check, helium or water-pressure leak test where specified, final inspection and export packing.

Assembly questions

The things buyers ask before the first RFQ.

How complex an assembly can you take on?

Up to around 200 components. We already build 250 kg frames of 200+ components for wafer-processing equipment, tested to tight tolerances before they ship for vacuum chamber integration.

Do you source the bought-in parts as well?

Yes. We integrate our own fabricated and machined components with the purchased parts a finished product needs, so you order an assembly rather than a bill of materials.

Do you have a clean room?

An ISO 6 clean room, for assemblies that cannot be built on an open shop floor.

Is the finished assembly tested?

Yes — functional checks against the drawing, and leak testing where the product needs it. Helium leak testing goes down to 10⁻¹⁰ mbar·l/s.

Can you ship a finished product straight to our customer?

We deliver finished, tested assemblies from Yambol across the EU, typically in 5 to 7 days, with no customs clearance between member states.

Need this for your product?

Send a drawing and target volume. We will come back with an assessment and a quote.
