Terms & Conditions
Scope
These terms govern the use of this website and all quotations, order confirmations and deliveries made by Vacuum El System Ltd. Deviating conditions of the customer apply only where confirmed by us in writing.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are non-binding until confirmed. A contract is formed on our written order confirmation. Prices are ex works unless stated otherwise, exclusive of VAT, packaging and transport.
Drawings and intellectual property
Drawings, models and technical data supplied by the customer remain the customer's property and are treated as confidential. Tooling produced by us remains our property unless separately purchased.
Delivery, inspection and warranty
Delivery dates are agreed per order. The customer inspects goods on receipt and reports visible defects without delay. Warranty covers conformity with the agreed drawings and specifications.
Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Yambol, Bulgaria, unless mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise.

What we collect
Data you submit through the request form (company, name, position, email, message) and technical server log data. We do not collect special categories of personal data.
Purpose and legal basis
We process enquiry data to prepare quotations and manage the resulting business relationship, on the basis of contract performance and our legitimate interest under the GDPR.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and applicable statutory retention periods. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
