You will run maintenance for a 25 000 m² plant: fiber lasers, CNC press brakes, 5-axis machining centres, robotic welding cells and powder coating lines, plus the electrical, compressed-air and gas installations behind them. You lead the maintenance team and organise planned maintenance and repairs, so production keeps running.

- Keep machines and facilities running through planned maintenance and regular inspection.
- Organise the repair of breakdowns and emergencies, with the in-house team of technicians or with outside service companies.
- Find the root cause of each failure and propose measures that stop it happening again.
- Analyse the load on the electrical, compressed-air and gas installations, and propose ways to run them more efficiently.
- Make sure production machines, technical equipment and power installations are operated correctly and safely.
- Introduce technical improvements into maintenance and repair.
What we are looking for
- An engineering degree — mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role, including leading a team.
- Very good English.
- Strong planning and organisation, and a calm, fast response when a machine or installation fails.
- Initiative, the habit of teaching yourself, and the ability to train colleagues.
