We are able to cut precisely and efficiently Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels, Aluminum and other metals and non-metals, up to 25 mm in thickness.

With integrated machines and CAD software we are able to ensure a quick turnaround and optimum material utilization through dedicated nesting.  

CNC punching, forming and tapping of parts with a variety of standard and custom tools. Maximum sheet size on the machine is 5000 x 1500 mm.

We provide precision 3D waterjet cutting of parts from a variety of materials. Our state of the art 5-axis machine ensures excellent cutting quality, for materials with thickness up to 300 mm with 0 taper. Maximum size of the part is limited to 3840 x 2100 mm.

Deburring, edge rounding and finishing of flat parts from steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper. 

Our multi-station machines enable us to achieve fine surface finishes (0.6nm or better) with a single pass. 

The latest CNC bending technology from Bystronic for high-precision bending of parts up to 4080mm in length. With automatic laser angle adjustment, CNC crowning compensation and dedicated offline programming software, we are able to quickly and accurately bend complex shapes from a wide range of materials.

Roll bending of cylinders, cones and round rectangulars with maximum height of 2010mm. The CNC control ensures precise bending and absolute repeatability.

Stamping and forming of sheet metal parts with custom tooling.

Self-clinching fasteners, rivet bushes, blind rivet nuts, blind rivets, cage nuts, weld studs and inserts for plastics, ranging from M3 to M12 with cylindrical or hexagonal shape. 

High-precision and fast robotic laser welding of parts. Our modern 4kW Direct Diode laser welding robot from Panasonic ensures excellent quality of welding seams and zero treatment after welding. 

Robotic welding of large-scale parts with high accuracy and productivity. Robotic cell with two areas enable us to weld 24/7. A variety of sensors ensures easy setup and process stability.

Welding of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum parts. Our extensive expertise ranges from welding of simple metal frames, through complex cabinets, to very complex gas valve and vacuum chamber assemblies.

Skilled grinding professionals grind, blend, remove welds manually. In addition, stainless steel and aluminium welded parts can be polished or brushed.

We prepare all parts for powder coating with specialized pre-treatment technologies. We treat parts, depending on their size with dipping, spraying or manual techniques. 

Parts are painted according to their application, utilising the latest technology and equipment. Prior to painting all parts go through pre-treatment process to ensure their surface is clean and phosphated. Strict quality control checks coating thickness, structural integrity, gloss level and visual appearance.

Glass-bead blasting, sand blasting, metal shot and other media blasting. 

We partner with contractor for anodization of aluminium parts. We are able to provide a variety of coatings including color anodization.

Our high precision CNC lathes, skilled engineers and CAM software ensure very high level of accuracy, maximum efficiency of CNC programs and shorter lead time. 

We are able to machine complex parts with from stainless steel, aluminium, titanium and carbon steel with high precision. Our integrated CAM software ensures quick development of parts, efficient machining sequences and high throughput. 

We control strictly required dimensions using modern, 3D model based measurement equipment. Dimension tolerances of +-0.001 mm are within our machining and measurement capabilities.

Vacuum and semiconductor parts require special testing for leaks using helium testing. Machined, welded and fabricated parts which have leak requirements are tested in our clean environment laboratory, using the latest testing technology. 

We are able to clean and assemble parts or assemblies for use in cleanroom environment.
