| The vacuum electro-pneumatic valves are incorporated in vacuum systems as stop fittings within the pressure range from 1x10^-9 to 1,6x10^5 Pa. They are intended to open or close, when necessary, the vacuum lines of the high vacuum systems by means of quickly dismantable compression unit, their angle module being standardized. They are suitable for operation in aggressive medium as well. |
