ISO-KF components of Vacuum El System Ltd. have standard sizes of DN 10 to DN 50 and are compatible with the products of other well-known manufacturers. The whole production process is organized in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. All components are helium leak-tested, which enables us to guarantee leak rates up to 10^ -9 mbar x l/s. Our components are meant for the creation of ISO-KF connections, which are made as follows:

Two symmetrical components with a centering ring and an “O” ring placed between them are connected by a clamping ring, placed over them, which is then tightened and thus the connection is sealed.

These types of connections can be assembled and disassembled very quickly without any special tools.

The maximum operating temperature for the connections will chiefly depend on the type of sealing material used.

As standard ISO-KF components are made of aluminum or aluminum alloys and corrosion resistant stainless steel 321 (1.4541).
